Prices & occupancy

We reward those who book early and guarantee the best price for direct bookings!

• Prices apply per apartment and night for occupancy by 2 people, plus visitor’s tax
• Additional guests pay a surcharge of € 20.00 per night
• Final cleaning: € 75.00 (charged separately)
• Visitor’s tax: € 2.00 per person and night, to be paid on site (children up to and including 13 years exempt)

Arrival & departure

• Check-in from 3:00 pm
• Check-out by 10:00 am
• In case of late arrival after 7:00 pm, please let us know briefly

Payment

• Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 50 % of the booking price is required
• Convenient payment by bank transfer or cash (please note the legal maximum of € 4,999.00)

House rules

• Our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace or balcony
• Despite our great love for animals, we regret that pets are not permitted at Terra Mea.
• The South Tyrol Guest Pass is included in the price

Reservation & cancellation

• The reservation is binding after written confirmation and a deposit of 50 % of the booking price
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• From 29 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained
• In case of late arrival, no-show or early departure, 100 % of the booking price will be charged

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
